What To Expect

The Classes

How is it hot?

We offer a range of classes in our amazing custom built studio, we often crank the heat up to between 32-40 degrees, with humidity of at least 40%.

Been to Asia?  Well imagine that… Hot Yoga was created to replicate the heat and humidity of India, the birthplace of yoga.

At Yogabomb we use infrared heat panels on the ceiling, plus an industrial humidification unit to automatically maintain control of the correct levels within the studio. Paired with an air filtration system that keeps the air moving and avoids stagnant air hanging around - Job done!

Keeping the studio humidity levels at 40% reduces the evaporation of any perspiration, thus increasing HEALTHY sweating. Giving you a fantastic and effective workout!

Commonly Asked Questions:

  • Come along wearing whatever you feel comfortable in.  It gets hot and sticky so maybe not your fave woolly jumper. Most hot yogis tend to wear leggings or shorts with a vest top - nothing too baggy. Gentlemen please be mindful of keeping yourself contained when upside down!!

  • Absolutley! You are a perfect candidate for yoga. Many people think they need to be bendy to do yoga, but that’s nonsense. Come as you are and you will find that yoga practice will help you become more flexible.

  • just bring yourself! Preferably suitably dressed in leggings/shorts and a t-shirt to start - nothing too baggy.  We have mats that you can hire for £1 whilst you discover how amazing yoga is! A towel and water are also advised!

  • Every day of course!!!

Apart from this isn't practical for most people. Start off with once or twice a week and build up as you feel the need.  See how yoga can compliment your other training methods and don't forget to mix it up a little

  • Turn up 15 minutes before the start of the class so you can chat to the instructor about your fitness and any injury worries.  Turn off you mobile phone and leave your shoes outside the studio.  You will be shown the facilities and the studio where you can find your energy spot and mat space.  Meet the other yogis in the room or just enjoy some headspace.

We are excited to welcome you to Yogabomb and guiding you through your practice.
